== Experience reward distribution ==

Each time a monster is killed, everyone who participated in the combat receives an experience reward based on the amount of damage they did to the monster (in direct ratio). For example, if two players were attacking a monster and one of them dealt 60% of the total damage, the first one would receive 60% of the exp given out by the monster, and the second one would receive the remaining 40%. It doesn't matter who actually killed the monster, the distribution of the experience and loot rewards is based only on the total amount of damage dealt to the monster.

To receive the experience reward your character has to be alive and be within 30m away from the monster when it died.

When you receive an experience reward for killing a monster, a penalty may be applied if the monster level was too high or too low compared to your character's base level.

* If the absolute level difference is 3 to 10, you will receive 70% of the reward.

Per each additional character who dealt any damage to the monster before it died (not counting the one who killed the monster), total experience reward for killing the monster increases by 10% (up to +100%). For example, if three people were hitting the monster before it died, total experience reward distributed among the players would increase by 20%.

If you're in a party with experience sharing set to "By Level", all experience you receive from killing a monster is going to be distributed across nearby party members (range limitation still apply).

The higher the level of the party member, the bigger portion of experience they receive. The actual amount of experience you receive is calculated by the following formula: <code>exp / partyMemberCount * (yourBaseLevel / partyAverageBaseLevel)</code>.

Additionally, per each party member (counting from the 2nd one), you're going to receive an additional 10% experience bonus. For example, if there are 5 players in the party with experience sharing enabled and all of them are the same level, each time someone receives an experience for killing a monster, each party member gets 28% of that reward instead.
