Help Natali to obtain the last ingredient for her recipe.
Collect Poison Sacks from Cave Puffers, which can be found in the Cave of Ymir.
The entrance to the cave is located on the Merman Island and is guarded by the Mermen.
Be fast but careful when extracting the posion sacks, making sure not to damage them and to avoid inhaling the toxic fumes.
