Cooldown or CD is a value which represents the amount of time a skill needs to become available after it has been used. Skills may have different CD or may not have CD at all. The skills also have global cooldown (GCD). The players can decrease the CD by increasing the cooldown speed attribute. The faster the CD, the faster the skills become available after they have been used.
