Aura
Auras are special effects, placed on an target in-game entity (player character, NPC, monster, or a structure), that apply certain status effects to the entity.
Auras can be applied in many various ways, such as as a result of using a skill (for example, Priest's Regenerar skill applies a healing-over-time aura on the target), activating a stance (like Knight's Postura Defensiva), using an item (like Sanduíche de vegetais do Averro Reinhold), or even by falling from a high height.
Auras can be:
- Buffs, that apply positive status effects to the target entity, giving them advantage;
- Debuffs, that apply negative status effects, hampering the target in some way;
- Or Neutral, affecting the target in a certain way that doesn't give direct advantage or disadvantage in any way.
Aura Duration
Usually auras are temporary and wear off after a specific amount of time or until the entity dies in combat. But some auras can stay on the target until they are manually removed.
Poder da Aura
Algumas auras podem ter um valor específico atribuído a elas, chamado poder. Esse valor pode afetar os valores de efeito de status da aura ou, em alguns casos, atuar como pontos de saúde da aura, fazendo com que a aura desapareça quando a energia cai para 0.
Resistências à Aura
É possível diminuir a duração ou evitar completamente que certas auras sejam aplicadas por ter resistência a auras desse tipo.
